Puff pastry

Puff pastry stems from France. The french puff pastry is known for its airy, flaky texture and its aroma. Puff pastry has also been created by the Scottish; the so-called “scottish puff pastry” which is the most popular in our country because of its tastiness and ability to be long-preserved.

Another popular puff pastry is the german one which contains butter and milk apart from margarine and that makes it very tasty but heavy as well. That is why it is used in mini-size products only.
