Pitsa dough – Brioche


The pizza is a food consisting of baked dough and mix vegetables or charcuterie. There are two basic kinds of pizza, Italian and Canadian.

The Italian pizza is thin-crust with usually limited number of materials per pizza (in particular depends on the imagination of the cook) and it is individual. The Canadian has thicker dough with a variety of materials. The Canadian normally exist in three sizes: individual, family (or middle) and giant.
